How purchased capacity, assignments and permissions work

Buildings and licences
Tier 1, 2 and 3 include one building. Extra buildings cost the same tier price per building, using your organisation’s current people band. Upgrading a tier does not add another included building or multiply user seats. Standalone FRA is purchased separately.

No real money is charged here. Choose the number of seats for each feature. Purchased seats and the people assigned to them are shown separately.
Additions take effect after payment, with a reviewed part-month charge. Reductions take effect at renewal. Additions and reductions must be reviewed separately. Remove assignments before reducing below the number of assigned users.
Monthly subscriptions are separate from Fire Risk Assessment. The current FRA offer is £120 once per new assessment and named building, for one assigned person and six months’ access. No subscription or automatic renewal. Historic purchases retain their original terms.

Your account security
Your account settings apply across To Action. App access depends on your organisation’s licences, assignments and permissions. While signed in, you do not need to re-enter your password to access authorised FRA assessments and final reports. An authenticator is optional; if you have enrolled one, it remains required when signing in.
