Your purchase
£120 once buys one new Fire Risk Assessment for one named building, one assigned person and six calendar months of access from verified payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Downloading does not end access early.
Our voluntary refund offer
Request a cancellation refund within 14 days of purchase and before your first report download. We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund after a report download or after 14 days.
Your legal rights remain
This voluntary policy does not restrict statutory cancellation rights, rights concerning faulty digital content or services, or other remedies required by law. A report download does not automatically remove rights relating to the hosted assessment service. Where applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right, it takes priority over our voluntary policy. We assess statutory requests on their facts; a download is not an automatic reason to refuse them.
Starting the service
Before payment, we ask you expressly to request immediate commencement of the assessment service and acknowledge this policy. That request is separate from accepting the price. Starting the service does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights. We do not ask you to waive all legal rights.
How to request cancellation
Email hello@toaction.co.uk with your account email, building name and purchase reference. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. You can use the following wording, but you do not have to: “I give notice that I cancel my FRA purchase. Purchase reference: …; date purchased: …; name and account email: …; date of this notice: …”. We assess and process statutory refunds within the applicable legal deadlines.
