Your account has one fixed organisation. Each building has its own assessment and access allocation.
Assessment access and organisation setup
Each assessment has one assigned person. Organisation ownership alone does not grant access to an assessment or its reports.
Manage purchases and assigned people
These links open the existing purchase and organisation controls. Your current permissions are checked before any change is saved.
Saving and reports
Use Save in each section and wait for confirmation. You can reopen your current draft from My assessments or Saved.
Sign and download preserves the reviewed version as a read-only record. Where your assessment access permits finalisation, you can download the signed PDF, signed HTML assessment or JSON record. A draft or access allocation does not itself mean a final report is available.
Account security
Use your current signed-in account. You do not need to re-enter your password simply because five minutes have passed. Existing authenticator requirements still apply. Recovery, expired or revoked sessions must complete sign-in before assessment access can resume.
